Ferrari Store Locations Breakdown By Region

This article covers Ferrari’s points of sale breakdown by region. Ferrari sells its cars exclusively through a network of authorized dealers (with the exception of one-offs and track cars which it sells directly to end clients).

In Ferrari’s larger markets, it acts as importer either through wholly owned subsidiaries or, in China and South Korea, through a subsidiary partly owned by a local partner, and Ferrari sells the cars to dealers for resale to end clients.

In smaller markets, Ferrari generally sells the cars to a single importer/dealer. It regularly assesses the composition of its dealer network to maintain the highest level of quality. At December 31, 2025, Ferrari’s network comprised 181 dealers operating 195 points of sale.

Ferrari’s points of sale are distributed across several regions, namely:

  • Americas,
  • EMEA,
  • Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and
  • Rest of APAC.

Let’s check out the points of sale by region results.

Insight & Summary of Ferrari’s Points of Sale Breakdown By Region

Ferrari’s dealer network is small and deliberately so: it grew from 198 points of sale in FY2015 to a narrow band of 185–200 over the following decade, ending FY2025 at 195. The count changes very little year to year, consistent with a company that treats retail footprint as a scarcity lever rather than a volume driver; where the network has shifted meaningfully, it has done so beneath the surface — in regional mix and market-by-market composition — rather than in the total.

  • A flat total masks divergent regional trajectories Total points of sale have moved in a narrow range for a decade (a low of 185 in FY2017, a high of 200 in FY2024), but the regional mix has shifted more than the headline count suggests. EMEA remains Ferrari’s largest region by a wide margin, holding a fairly stable 46%–49% share of the network throughout (3-year average: 46.9%), while Americas’ share has climbed steadily from 26.8% in FY2015 to a 3-year average of 28.4%, and Mainland China/Hong Kong/Taiwan’s share has compressed from 15.7% to 11.2% over the same window — the most pronounced mix shift of any region.

  • Greater China: fewer stores, not necessarily less presence The Mainland China/Hong Kong/Taiwan story is concentration, not retreat: Mainland China’s own store count fell from 28 in FY2015 to 18 by FY2017 and has held there since, while Hong Kong (1) and Taiwan (3) have stayed unchanged throughout. That pattern — a step-down in count that then plateaus — reads less like a market pullback and more like a consolidation toward fewer, larger-format dealer locations, a dynamic worth distinguishing from Ferrari’s underlying demand trend in the region.

  • Americas growth is a U.S. story; EMEA’s mix is stable but internally reshuffled Within Americas, the entire net expansion has come from the U.S. (38 to 45 locations), while Canada has stayed flat at 5 and Latin America has drifted down from 10 to 6 — a market Ferrari appears to be quietly thinning rather than growing. Within EMEA, the total has stayed close to flat, but Middle East locations have declined from 16 to 9, and the region underwent a reporting reclassification in FY2020 that split the former “East West Europe & Africa” grouping into separate West Europe and East Europe categories — a presentation change rather than a store-count change, since the combined and split figures reconcile to the same regional total in every year.

  • Rest of APAC has been Ferrari’s steadiest grower Rest of APAC has expanded almost every year, from 20 locations (10.1% mix) in FY2015 to 27 locations (a 3-year average mix of 13.5%) by FY2025 — a gradual but persistent gain led by North East Asia and Australasia, and supplemented by the introduction of a separately disclosed Central East Asia category from FY2019 onward.

  • Structural Takeaway: Structurally, Ferrari runs an intentionally small, largely fixed-size dealer network and expresses its regional priorities through mix rather than total count. The foreseeable trend is a continuation of that reallocation: incremental growth concentrated in the U.S. and in Rest of APAC’s higher-growth sub-regions, a stable but internally reshuffling EMEA, and continued thinning in structurally slower markets such as Latin America and the Middle East. The notable changing trend to watch is Greater China, where the physical footprint has been flat-to-shrinking for nearly a decade — a divergence that suggests dealer count is becoming a less reliable proxy for regional strength in China specifically, as Ferrari leans toward fewer, larger points of sale rather than network expansion there.
